Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Duties & Resposibilities

  • Compliance with customer policies, as well as company policies
  • Review and digest test documents, requirements, specifications to assure all quality test controllers, instruments, fixtures and benches, test plans to be developed
  • Plan and manage test activities at a project level in accordance with test specifications, test plans (DVP&R), and procedures to meet project timing
  • PLC programming and debugging to assure reliable electronics performance and functions of test controllers, instruments, fixtures and benches
  • Create test documents and reports with clear assessments and recommendations, including follow-up
  • Cooperate with Test Technician, Prototype Engineer, and Product Engineer to systematically and efficiently apply required know-how for measuring and testing controllers and equipments to carry out structured problem analysis, develop analysis tools, and solve technical problems in product testing
  • Job-related leadership of test group employees
  • Train and guide other test engineer good testing experience and method
  • Lead test group in special case
  • Execute the safety duties of this position
  • Other tasks from immediate supervisor

Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electromechanical integration
  • Minimum 3 years testing experience in Kiekert
  • Application of analytical thought in the problem-solving process
  • Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. PPAP
  • Knowledge related about IATF16949 and ISO17025, ISO14001, ISO45001 and secondary safety standardization
  • Good Knowledge with controllers, instruments, fixture, and equipment
  • Excellent English in read, written, oral
  • Teamwork spirit and strong work responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
