"My professor had recommended Kiekert, so in the spring 2005, I started as a student intern. After I completed my engineering thesis in cooperation with Kiekert, I was hired as a development engineer. Obviously, my start at Kiekert was easy since I had gained some valueable experience during my intership. After a two year maternity leave, I returned in 2005 as the manager of the Record Departments. At the beginning of 2008, I again became the plant manager‘s administrative assistant.
